Parque Santiago 4 is one of the most popular resorts in Tenerife, located directly on the seafront and part of the new “Golden Mile”.
A quieter resort than the other Parque Santiago complexes, offering a large sunbathing area surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. There are 2 large pools, one heated all year and a childrens pool area. Children also have a play park on site and there are pool tables at the pool bar. There is a supermarket on site, several restaurants and cafes and a large pool bar.
Guests have access to all facilities on Parque Santiago 3 and 5 which are next door including a free gym and childrens water park.
24 hr reception and security and free use of all sunbeds and parasols. |

Maureen and Jack Rider, Leeds “We have been coming to Jeans apartments now for 10 years, what can we say, we love it here. Jean is so nice and helpful and all her apartments are lovely. We first stayed in the studio on Santiago 4 which we loved but when she bought the 1 bedroom apartment we now always stay there. It´s lovely and sunny and has great views out over the sea. We like to people watch so we are more than happy with it. We come every year for the month of March and spend every afternoon at the Hole in the wall and the rest of the day on our sunny balcony. It´s a lovely comfortable apartment.”
Philpott´s from Oxford “We visit Tenerife every year, 3 or 4 times and always stay with Jean in the studio. It´s great as it´s a lovely sunny apartment, and we like the proximity to the pool. You can´t better Parque Santiago, everything about it is high quality, we´ve stayed at the Meditteranean Palace Hotel but we find the studio suits us better. Jean keeps the apartment clean and well maintained and is always on call if theres a problem. “
